CHILDREN'S PRIVACY - 3D Sports Promotions LLC web site is intended for both Junior High and High School students.
- No child should intend on signing up for our services unless they have the permission of their parents and or guardians.
- Every student athlete must place the contact information for their parents and or guardians.
- 3D Sports Promotions LLC has strict guidelines when college coaches request access to the student athletes profiles.
What payment methods do you accept?
- All payments are made through PayPal. PayPal is one of the most trusted online payment processors in the world.
- PayPal accepts most forms of payments.
All payments are a one-time fee per individual student athlete.
We accept all major credit cards.
All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Get no interest for 6 months when you choose PayPal Credit at checkout!

Who will have access to my child’s information?
3D Sports Promotions LLC will have access to all the student athletes information.
All the college coaches throughout the country apply for the access to our site. After they pass through our strict (guidelines when college coaches request access to the student athletes profiles), they will then have access to all the student athletes on our site.
Your child will also have the ability to forward their personal link to their profile to college coaches as well.Do you screen the college coaches and recruiter that use your website?
- College coaches throughout the country apply for the access to our site. After they pass through our strict (guidelines when college coaches request access to the student athletes profiles), they will then have access to all the student athletes on our site.
- When college coaches apply for access to the student athletes profiles, 3D Sports Promotions LLC, will complete a verification process before 3D Sports Promotions LLC approves the coach for access to the site.
What information will you collect of my child?
Your child will be asked to provide:
- Their full athletic and athletic accomplishments
- Contact information
- And the parents / guardian contacts
I live overseas, can I still sign up?
- Yes, 3D Sports Promotions LLC operates Worldwide. Athletes from all over the world can purchase services though 3D Sports Promotions LLC.
Do you offer a refund if I am not satisfied?
- We do not offer refunds as our services and outlined on the home page. Before you purchase our services, ensure that you read everything we posted.

- Yes, we do but you would have to contact 3D Sports Promotions LLC to discuss the multiple child discounts.
If I have a problem with my account who do I contact?
- Please utilize our contact page with any issues that you may have, so we can then address the issue(s) at hand.
Will I be notified if a coach or recruiter requested my child’s information?
• No, you will not be personally notified if a college coach looks at your personal profile unless they reach out to you to tell you where they saw your profile. With over 50,000 college coaches across the country that would be a little too much and overwhelming to see tags all day. So when a college coach reaches out to you, you will know that coach is very serious about you.
Although, you will see on your page when a college coach is seriously interested in you.
Why do I have to pay and not the coaches or recruiters to use your website?
- The athletes are our actual clients. You pay a fee for a service and that service is to have all your athletic and athletic accomplishments in one database that is yours. This included with so much information and resources to help you in the process of recruiting.
- The college coaches are able to search for that gem (you the student athlete), is what we added to help the athletes to gain increased exposure.
What happens to the information stored after my subscription expires?
- Your subscription will expire in July of your graduating year that you have placed on your profile. All the student athlete’s information will be fully deleted unless we are notified that you have not graduated and it will be extended.
Can I ask for assistance when filling out any forms on the website?
Yes, you can always call 3D Sports Promotions LLC for any assistance or questions.
Can I still register if the sport I play is not listed?
- To be honest with you, if the sport is not covered on our list, you would not be able to utilize the full potential of our database. So we would not recommend you doing this. If there is a sport that is not covered, notify us to see if we will add it in.
